Feeling confused 🙅🏼‍♀️

I feel like I’m only staying with my boyfriend because, it would be looked down upon if I left him as I’m 24 weeks pregnant

I love him so much but, I don’t feel happy in this relationship. We had issues with him being secretive, lying and naked photos of other girls and it got better but, he’s acting secretive again.

I don’t look through his phone but, I do notice when his behaviour changes and he won’t let his phone leave his side.
