Spit up - soaking chest, onesie and swaddles, sheets. Help!

Amy

So my 2 month old son spits up frequently. The amount doesn't seem to be a ton each time, but collectively after a feeding it seems to be a lot. We do all the typical recommendations to help - sitting him up right while feeding, holding him up right fit 20-30 minutes, burping every ounce. His doctor thought it may have been the formula, so we switched to Nutramigen, but haven't seen much difference (he's eating only formula, no breast milk). He often wakes himself up from naps by spitting up and ends up soaked. This is obviously tough on laundry, but he's always sticky and his hair often gets soaked and gross from it, too 😣. Any advice or know of how to reduce his spit up?
