Endometriosis and pregnancy

I’ve recently been diagnosed with endometriosis I’ve had a lot of issues with my periods etc and my main question is has anyone with it had problems with conceiving I know endometriosis can affect conceiving I asked my gynaecology doctor ( not my usual doctor this time ) and I asked her about it and she disregarded what I asked her and said well your not trying now so forget about it ( she didn’t even ask if I was active or trying she just spoke for me ) it’s my number one concern ever since I had to have a surgery and they told me if it didn’t go right I wouldn’t be able to have children. I felt completely disregarded because of my age ( I’m 21 ) And she didn’t answer any of my questions I felt even more uneasy then I did before going into the appointment, would it be better have to have children sooner rather then leaving it later on in life or egg freezing while young or what
