Anyone have any tips on how to help upper belly/lower rib pain?  It's on the right side and wraps around to my back.  I googled it and most sites say it's gas pain.  I was super stopped up earlier in my pregnancy but that problem has gotten much better (thankfully!). But now I have this nagging pain about 75% of the day.  I have an appt soon but would love any tips before then!!  Thanks!
