Am I pregnant or mad?

I’m almost 3 weeks late with my period. I’ve had all the usual signs of pregnancy. Implantation bleeding. A missed period. Stomach cramps on and off. Nausea on and off ( mostly mornings or evenings but not everyday ) sore breasts some days, headaches, tiredness and bloating.

I started a light bleed today.

Did a test. It’s negative.

Am I pregnant, is it possible to be pregnant or is my body playing tricks on me?

Me and my husband have been using no protection for 2 years now and nothing has happened.

Just feeling really sad 😔
