Bleeding

Hello hoping people can help I am currently 9dpo and I had some bleeding started last night it’s very irregular but was heavier than I read implantation bleeding is, I am still 6 days away from my period and have never had irregular periods. I have been having symptoms the last few days sore boobs, tired bloated. The bleeding literally lasted half day can I test or is it too early?
