Can I have symptoms 11dpo?

Question

I’ve got sore nipples,really bad backache/cramps and feel a bit nauseous is this not likely anything? I’ve had sore nipples all week but they are getting worse and backache since 7dpo 🤷🏻‍♀️ nausea only started today x

When TTC, we hyper-analyze every little twitch and symptom which has the ability to drive ya nuts. We may start to notice things we never noticed before (because we weren't actually paying such close attention to them before).  So just understand that EVERY 'symptom' you feel during the time between ovulation and your period/BFP is completely normal. Symptoms for pregnancy are IDENTICAL to period symptoms and you cannot differentiate between the two- even if the symptom is "new" to you... it still doesn't point specifically to pregnancy. Progesterone rises after ovulation,  causes all of these normal symptoms. So its best not to fall into symptom spotting. Just wait until your missed period before taking a test and try not to focus on symptoms. Good luck!!
