Breast pain - how do you sleep?!

Question

I would love to know how you sleep or any tips for a comfortable position - my breasts are so sore and they get worse in the middle of the night. I sleep on my side but then they feel squeezed together by my arms and I want to cry every time I move!
A pillow maybe? I don't even know lol HELP

With my first pregnancy I found sleeping with my bra on helped tremendously this one I’ve done the same. Not super comfortable wearing a bra all the time but it’s better than being in pain lol

I sleep on my side as well. I have a small fleece throw blanket that i stuff in between my boobs. Actually helps a lot

I tend to get up at night to use the restroom so I normally sleep on my belly since it’s easier for me to fall asleep. But once the second trimester hits I have to sleep On my side. I’ve ordered a pregnancy pillow to help with my position at night time. 
Maybe try putting a pillow under your body while sleeping?

I’ve had this problem even before pregnancy. For years I’ve used a pillow called a bosom buddy.  It will change your life!
