Maybe pregnant ?

Kinda a touchy topic but I could really use some advice.

I started my miscarriage on January 11th I stopped bleeding on the 22nd. I decided to start taking OPKs on the 24th to make sure I know when I’m fertile. The 24th was negative then the 25th-today the 30th I have gotten a blinking smiley face. I also took a pregnancy test on the 25th to see if I still have hcg in my blood left over. And my test was positive... and is still positive today. Even though on the 12th and 14th I had blood work done and my levels dropped from 5,000 to 2,000 in 2 days so I would assume it would all be gone by now ? Considering I was only 5-6 weeks. I’m also feeling every symptom I was before my miscarriage so that’s suspicious.

If anyone has any input on what could be going on I would appreciate hearing it !
