Separation anxiety

I would love any tips on leaving my daughter with my mom for 3-4 hours next weekend. We visit my mom once a week and whenever I leave the room she starts to cry, looking for me. I need to leave next weekend for a doctors appointment but I’m struggling with the fact that she’ll cry uncontrollably .

Any advise on how to deal with this?

First time mom here and because of covid, we have been at home most of the time and with each other 24/7 so I don’t blame her, but I need to start slowly leaving with her others.
