I can’t get over someone I was insanely attracted to

I’ve had a problem for years in that I like guys but the attraction isn’t strong.

Before lockdown in March I matched with a guy on a dating app and we just clicked. We talked throughout the lockdown and 5 months later went on several dates. We just clicked and although the dates felt quite platonic (he didn’t flirt), I’ve never felt attraction like that, it was real.

He ghosted me cause he said he’s in a bad head space. He came back a month later to explain.

6 months later I just don’t find anyone else attractive, like no one compared to him both personality and physically attractive. I don’t want to sleep with anyone else, I never got to sleep with him. I’ve been trying to go on dates and new hobbies but I just wanna have sex with him so bad 😫

I’m scared I’ll never get over him.

And I keep worrying why I never get past the talking stages with men I actually like and get on well with. What if I’m not attractive enough
