Partner won’t touch you... in that special way

So at the beginning of my pregnancy I had some bleeding. Everything has been fine for months now. I was put on pelvic rest but my Ob has said it’s safe to resume activity. Well my husband won’t have six with me. It seems like he finds a reason to not touch me. The first night he was tired. The second night he played video games till I fell asleep. The third night he had stomach cramps. The forth night he played video games then claimed he was gassy. I feel like it has more to do with the fact that I have put on some weight(even before finding out we were pregnant) he says it’s not that but when I explain that’s how I feel he still won’t even attempt to make love to me. Just needed a place to vent. I miss the intimacy we used to have.
