What could've caused this?

My period started on the 18th and was officially done on the 22nd. Yesterday (29th) I noticed some light pink blood when I wiped after going to the bathroom and then a little bit next time I had to go again. Today (the 30th) I noticed some light pink spotting again on my tp after going to the bathroom. I went about my day and now after going to the bathroom again I notice this when I take my underwear off. So that's old/brown blood which means I kept bleeding or spotting after I had wiped earlier. When I wiped there was pink spotting on the tp so that blood wasn't old. So I guess I'm still spotting. Should I be worried? Is this something I should get looked at asap or wait and see if it continues throughout my cycle(s)? I'm starting to freak out lol
