If you had a feeling?

If you had a gut feeling the guy you are seeing (very seriously but still without the labels) was seeing other girls, would you confront him over message right off the bat or simply just till you see him? I think if I wait till I see him I’ll say that these are my feelings and I need us to decide what we are. If he can’t decide yet, I’ll tell him I need to leave him to work it out for a bit. What do you think? I don’t know what I’d say if I say something now.

He suffers quite badly with depression but my mental health is starting to take a toll and it’s now affecting my physical health.
