So much spotting?!? Help needed!

So this cycle has been proper confusing, doesn’t help I haven’t been tracking ovulation 100% due to moving house.

I am used to long cycles so that doesn’t concern me, but the amount of spotting baffles me. The odd day, especially around ovulation or when period is about to start, but this much is new to me. Has anyone else experienced so much spotting?

By spotting, it’s literally a light pink streak when I wipe once or twice in the day, no more than that.

I just wanted to add I have done a pregnancy test and it’s stark white! I opk last night and that was negative too.

The orange dot is when I was predicted my period via the app. Red dots is all the days I spotted (I have had more spotting today).
