HCG falling not sure what week anymore..... Any hope?

Hi all,
Last Monday I went for and ultrasound and the gestational sac was seen but no yolk or embryo.
On Thursday I went for a blood test and my HCG was 65945 and yesterday I went for a follow up and they were at 62229.
I have a final test tomorrow for HCG (in this series) and a second ultrasound booked for February 11.
Has anyone else ever experienced this type of fluctuation and gone on to have a healthy baby?

Thanks everyone for your comments. My HCG after today's test had risen back up to 63061 so not sure what else to do except keep waiting for the doctor to order more blood tests and wait for my ultrasound next week.

I agree with a molar pregnancy or blighted ovum. That's a pretty good hcg number, baby should be seen by now I'd imagine.

They definitely should’ve seen a baby by then
I’m thinking a molar and your body knows it isn’t right and your hcg is dropping as a result
