Finally!

My period is about 5 days late, so I decided to take a pregnancy test today. After 4 years of trying, one myomectomy with 3 large fibroids and 2 ovarian cysts removed, finally a positive test! I still can’t believe it.

I had an appointment booked for this week with the fertility doctor to do more tests and look at options, but hopefully that won’t be necessary anymore. I’m trying not to get too excited because I know that anything can happen, especially in the first few months, but my husband and I are so happy right now. I hope everything goes well and we have a healthy and happy baby in 9 months!
