I’m scared right now and need to know if cervical checks cause contractions

Do cervical check cause contractions or early labor yesterday I thought I was leaking so I went to the hospital near me they did a test to see if it was the baby’s fluid but it wasn’t and then the doctor on call did a cervical check and I thought he would use a speculum but it was hands instead and he had huge hands and stuck it all the way in side me and like twisted his hands and hurt me soo damn bad I was pissed.. now I’m thinking he literally caused me to have these bad cramps all day today it feels like a lot of pressure in my vagina like cramps near my vagina and my lower back hurts sooooooo bad from what he did last night I’m so pissed I didn’t kno it would hurt that bad I’m 24weeks 4 days pregnant

UPDATE: I ended up going into pre-term labor after that happened to me! I was having a lot of contractions had to stay in the hospital and stop preterm labor that this man caused on me
