Perineum Pain 😥
Has anyone experienced perineum pain? I'm 18 weeks and the pain has really started up, multiple times a week I just collapse on the couch with a heating pad between my legs. I'll be asking my OB at the next appt, but does anyone have any tips for pain relief? I'd kill for advil right now.
