Sorry in advance. TMI. I'm not sure what group to post in, but I need some help/reassurance. Please.

I'm scared. I got my blood work back Friday confirming my hcg was at an 11. So super duper early, but just now I came to the bathroom and I'm almost terrified to wipe. I've never had any spotting after a positive unless it's a miscarriage. Well I pulled down my pants to see a spot on my liner. Any positive insight? Please. I'm so worried and go to get my levels tested again in the morning. I've been extremely stressed and I'm worried it's causing harm. Anyone have this and be okay?
