Eleanor (Ellie) & Oliver (Oli)

Are nick names Oli and Ellie too similar? Oli is already born and I use his nick name often. I asked this once before and everyone said it was too similar but I’m stuck. I didn’t post their full names last time so I’m wondering if that changes anything
