Early symptoms

My af is due in 6 days. Had sex few days before ovulation. This past entire week I've noticed myself drinking water constantly when I used to struggle to even drink 1 bottle in past. I also pee almost every 30 minutes. I've been good at night except Tonight I just got up to pee at 4 am...I also noticed just now my right boob closer to the sternum is very sore...it was fine before. Are these possibly early pregnancy symptoms 🤞🤞🤞

If I get a positive this would be my first and a rainbow baby and I'm 43.
