Painful periods
Hi I'm 21, and every month I experience the worst period pain, it last for about 3 days out of the 6 days of my period. I've tried everything but contacting a health professional, I'm kinda scared of what they might tell me. Everyone that I have spoken to says its normal. What should do I do cause I can't bare the pain anymore.
