Supposedly 5 weeks spotting

Went to ER hcg levels were 416 no blood found in vaginally canal but no visible sight of pregnancy on ultrasound! I'm going to wear a pad all day and see how much is in there by 3pm! Doctor says might be miscarriage or I'm too early to see on ultrasound!
