Did anyone experience this

January 22 I started spotting it lasted for 6 days I was suppose to start my period January 30 but it never did so now I’m counting my spotting as a period because I took a blood pregnancy test in the er the day the spotting stop and I took 2 more pregnancy test yesterday and earlier today and they all was negative the only thing that have me worried is since the spotting started my ovaries been hurting and still hurting 🤷🏾‍♀️ my breast been sore and I been having migraines back to back I don’t know what to do at this point
