Clomid when you ovulate?

Hello!

My Dr prescribed me Clomid after 3 years of secondary infertility. It’s been mostly male factor but his numbers have improved a lot.

I’m nervous about taking Clomid because I mostly know of people who take it because they do not ovulate at all. I track and do ovulate every month but she wants me to take it to increase my chances and give me a progesterone boost.

Anyone have any experience taking Clomid when you currently ovulate? What was your experience and why did your Dr put you in it?

Any side effects?
