I am 23 weeks and got in a bad argument and started crying really bad and screaming. When I went to lay down I felt a bad cramp in uterus and lightheaded. Should I go to hospital. I don’t want to go and the doctor say i made it up when I didn’t

I would just lay down and relax with some water and maybe your favorite snack. Just put your feet up and relax.
