Should i call hospital or just wait it out

Went to shop this morning, as soon as i got there i got cramps so i went to toilet , stood up and after peeing had really bad pain so sat down for a few minutes.

After that went out and washed hands kept getting abdominal pain lower belly in middle , just kept walking with the pain (really slow) walked into kmart baby section, than it started again so slowly walked to check out.

Than had discomfort from shop to car , sat down and started driving noticed my undies were wet

Had discomfort all the way home 35 mins drive. Got home had a shower and put a liner on , made toast , baby is moving laying on left side , feeling like i need to poo
