Hep C

I just recently found out I have hep c,im 18 weeks pregnant my levels were 2,990,000. My nurse at the doctor office didn't explain anything to me all she said was that I have it that its not ideal me having it that all they can do is try to not let the baby get it. Can anyone please help me understand what I can do or should do or should know. My results for being high risk for spinal bifida during pregnancy and I go for.my 20.week ultrasound for it at a Specialist in 2 weeks
