I was ovulating and got a UTI. Will that affect my chances?

My tests were faint for the past days but then yesterday it hit a hard positive, then hours later the same day it got light again. So we got to baby dancing yesterday afternoon.

Today was supposed to be one more day of BD but I woke up today with a UTI and now I’m on medications. Will that affect my chances of conceiving?

Also, could I have possibly got the UTI because of ovulation? I read somewhere that our bodies basically “let their guard down” to allow sperm to fertilize the egg, and we are more prone to getting a UTI because of that but you know how the internet is.

Please help?
