Asking for my cousin ..

She has genital herpes. Isn’t having a breakout currently, and wants to have sex. The guy and her are supposed to be “talking”, like wanting to take things serious eventually. Anyway, if she has protected sex with him without telling him she has herpes, would that be wrong of her? She feels like down the line, he might hate her for not telling him before having sex but she doesn’t want to tell him and be rejected.

- please educate me a little bit on this. She is not having an outbreak so how would she infect him? And she’s taking her pills as she should.
