Am i crazy

I was on junel for like 4 months but i just switched to Lo loestrin cause junel was driving me crazy and making me feel like shit but now on my 4th dash of lo my back hurts and i stulll feel like shit lowkey but less shitty than on junel I’m not having sex and haven’t been active sexually since oct and I’m in no way preg so wtf is this has anyone else had back pain and weird stomach pain and kinda nausea on bc
