I have no idea where I am in my cycle

I started my miscarriage on December 12th and bled for about 7 days. On Jan 8th I had a hysteroscopy to remove the remaining pregnancy tissue. I had light bleeding for about 3 days after the procedure. My period was actually due the day after my surgery so I don’t know if the bleeding was from the procedure or a period. It was very light so I would be surprised if it was a period. I don’t think I have ovulated because I have had ovulation pain since I was a teen. No pain in past few weeks..... My next period is due in about a week. I guess I’ll have a better idea of what’s going on then.
