Pregnancy weight

Hello everyone... so weight has been something that I have always struggled with. It was something my doctors always criticized me about, which I understand why, being overweight isn’t healthy. But, since being pregnant, I’m 15 weeks, I’ve lost almost 30 pounds. My OB isn’t super thrilled... is this something that anyone else has struggled with?? I still eat pretty regularly, I don’t have any nausea, and if I do I’m still able to keep food down. Is this something I should be worried about or should I just trust my body seeing as baby is healthy and growing accordingly. Thank you💙
