Really need people’s views on this..

Just a bit of advice wanted really or thoughts as such...

So basically I last came on 23rd December, my period was due around 18th/20th January and still yet no sign, it’ll be 6 weeks on Thursday since I was last on. Since December I’ve had 7 positive tests and blood tests done 1 to 1 and a half weeks ago which was negative (HCG level of 2)...the doctors are completely baffled.. My periods are only ever 2/3 days late not like this.. I’ve been told by the doctors to wait until Thursday and if still no sign I have to go back in for more blood tests because they are completely baffled as am I.. It’s been a total of 41 days since I was last on..

It’s confusing the life out of me tbh..
