Sex during FET cycle ?

Am I allowed to have sex during a FET cycle. I’m currently on estrace 2x a day until tomorrow when it bumps up to 3x daily. I have a sono/blood work on 2/8 for my next round of medicine

I was allowed to all the way up to transfer and then we had to abstain after transfer for a few weeks until confirmation of heartbeat
