Tax Return Question

If I worked a few months in 2020 & got my W2 it says I made a little under $400 .. I have a child under 1, should I file? I’m heading of household & in college.. or is it a waste of time? Will I even get any $ back? I also have a 10 year old daughter I could file but her dad is going to file her.. what to do??
