Preconception Checkup?

Where can I get a preconception checkup? I don’t currently have a regular doctor... can I go to a women’s care, or something along those lines to do it? 
Are they worth it?

Not worth it to me. I hadn’t met my deductible so I basically paid $250 to chat with someone when I could have just googled questions 🤷🏼‍♀️

Honestly I did one just with my ob that’s in the hospital and it was not worth it. She basically told me to relax, take prenatals, and asked if I had any questions. It was literally a 7 minute appointment.

Total waste of time and money. I wouldn't bother with it.
