First time opk help!!
My period just ended and my opk strips came in the mail today!!! I have no idea when I ovulate, should I test everyday starting now since I don’t know what my cycles are like??? Also do I need to use fmu or hold for a certain amount of time before testing? Thanks for all the advice!!
