Birth control and vitamins

For those of y’all taking birth control and are taking the new FLO Pms gummy vitamins, how is it working? Has it helped you? Is it too many hormones? Does it cancel out the birth control due to hormonal balancing? I really want to get them but I’m not sure because of my birth control.
