2nd time mamas who previously had a c-section

I had a planned c-section 4 years ago when my daughter was breech. I hadn’t decided what to do this time around but I was leaning towards a VBAC so I would have less recovery time and be able to help or pick up my 4 year old as needed. Anyways, after my husband found out the risks of a VBAC and the incision potentially rupturing he is horrified and confused that I’m even considering it even though the risk is small. I know I have a long time to decide but I’m wondering what other mamas in a similar situation are thinking/planning.
