Why do I keep getting negative UTI tests

I’ve gone to urgent care twice to be tested for a UTI. The doctor said “your pee is crystal clear. No infection in sight.”

Verbatim.

And you might be thinking yeast infection. No. Went to the gyno too.

No STIS.

But I have this urge to pee randomly and it’s intense as hell. Then I go to pee, I push as hard as I can and I CANT pee. It’s so bad that I run to the store in agony and buy azos and eat like 4 of them before I even get to the register.

Something is fucking wrong. I have an appointment with my PCP on the 9th. I explained what is happening and I was like please help, I think their pee tests at the urgent cares are broken. I HAVE A UTI I KNOW I DO

I just stated that I have an appointment on the 9th with my primary care doctor to figure out wtf this is but it feels exactly like a UTI. To the T. I’m convinced it’s just not showing up on the tests.

And also I am definitely not pregnant. I have an IUD and I’m currently on my period. Dealing with this stuff on your period is really wonderful.

I trust him to figure out what’s going on. Like I personally talked to him earlier before I got azos and explained the agony I was in and how I went to urgent care twice testing negative.
