A little help

OK guys so I’m 30 days late I’m taking test I feel like I saw faint lines and take more and I’ll be negative, But now started last night I have the most tender sensitive nipples ever and TMI but I’m like super wet down there. I’m just so nervous to take another test and it be negative but I will be getting some test after work tonight. So if y’all can throw some suggestions down there that would be amazing. Just some background I do have a regular periods and I do not get my period unless I’m on birth control or Provera also this past period I was on fermera... HELP
