Stomach issues

Rachelle

I guess I want an opinion but this is also just a vent at the same time. Since I was around 14 I've had stomach issues but since I've gotten older they have progressed (I'm almost 20 now). I realized I had a gluten and dairy sensitivity and eliminated those from my diet when I was younger because whenever I hate them I felt sick or would get sick but if I avoided it I did okay. But then the stomach issues came back. I would experience nausea daily, I would have to leave school a lit and it affected a lot of things honestly. I ended up going to a gastro and at first they were kinda confused with what it could be as my main symptoms were persistent nausea and sometimes constipation and gassiness. Then back in July of 2019 I found out I had gastritis after my gastro did an endoscopy. The only thing they said to do was follow a low fodmap diet. I didn't at first honestly because I didn't understand the measures of it completely but last year I finally started learning more and following it. When I do eat according to the diet I do feel fine but my stomach issues still occur. I haven't talked to my gastro since the beginning of all the corona stuff and I thought I was doing okay. I had my normal nausea flare ups but nothing I couldn't handle. However the past month I feel like it's getting so much worse and idek what to do at this point.

Anyways if anyone has any tips or anything to share that would be great but I just needed to rant about this somewhere because I can't handle this anymore.
