Weaning off PPD medicine

I was prescribed Zoloft when I had my son 4 weeks ago and have been taking it daily. It’s helping a lot with anxiety and ppd but my husband keeps making annoying comments about me being on meds so I want to wean off of them. Has anyone experienced any bad symptoms from weaning off Zoloft?
