BV or something else?

Since I been with my ex I have smelled awful. He hardly ever took showers the whole time we where together. I thought it was because of that but I still smelled like that after I left him. I got tested for stds before and after him. Recently the smell has gotten worse I’m having a lot of discomfort during sex weird discharge and the smell gets worse based on what I wear if I wear lose clothes it don’t smell to bad there’s some days it doesn’t smell or hurt at all but some days it’s bad. The smell and discharge also get worse if he cums in me. I’ve read a lot BV and I feel like I have BV what is your opinions? I know stds can stay dormant for a while but I feel like it’s BV.
