What to expect ?!

My first appointment is today! I can’t wait to hear what they have to say. I’m really not sure what to expect. Will they just take another test to confirm pregnancy, will they take blood, since I’m calculating at 7w exactly will I get an ultrasound? I’m a first time mom who is full of questions and excitement. I’m up when I should be sleeping but I feel like a little kid the night before Christmas lol

My first appointment they did a urine sample, a pap smear, got a medical history, and a blood draw and gave me info on safe medications, etc. I had an ultrasound as I had been in the ER over the weekend for a threatened miscarriage. I was 6 weeks. My doctor typically doesn't do ultrasounds until at least 8 weeks.

It depends some times they can be nice enough and do an ultrasound but most times they will do a urine to confirm. If you haven't  had one a Pap smear/pelvic exam and go over history and next steps./questions.
