My husband and I are looking for a place to rent. The rent where I live is on average $450 a week. I found a place for $300, modern place, quiet area, right across the shopping mall and close to family’s house. Only issue is it doesn’t have an aircon, and my husband really wants an aircon. The place had many windows so a lot of ventilation and ceiling fans in every room. I really wanted to put in an application to move in but husband was adamant that he would not move in there. I’m super annoyed cause it’s pretty much perfect for us. We are not allowed to put in an air conditioner as that’s the owners rules. *Portable aircons are also out of question as the only way they would work is to have the pipe through an open window, meaning a window would need to be open, defeating the purpose*

I’m just so annoyed cause I don’t think we will get this lucky with price again.
