Is 23 weeks too late to switch to a different OB-GYN Doc?

I just haven’t felt a great connection with my OB. Do you think this will be problematic when I give birth? I love her nurse, so I’m super hesitant to switch... but I’m pretty far along now so I wonder if it’s too late?

No just do it soon cause I tried at 30 weeks due to moving and now I e been without an OB for a while I’m 33+5 and my primary doctor said to just go to the hospital when I’m in labor lmao

It’s definitely not too late. Most OBs don’t start refusing transfers ti 36 weeks unless there are extenuating circumstances like a move.

My cousins wife is due March 17. They just moved states Jan 1. If you don’t feel a connection, switch. Idk about OB’s, but I had a midwife and she wasn’t attentive to me at all and she kind of blew me off. I ended up with preeclampsia and got induced at 37w2d. She was there that night to start the induction process and I never saw her again. A completely different midwife delivered my son.

I’m in the process of switching. I’ll have my last appointment with my current OB at 22weeks. I feel like I’m pretty far along to switch too. I’m only switching cuz our small town hospital doesn’t have a nicu and I found out I was having twins at 18 weeks!

Here you have absolutely no idea who will be there when baby is born, you have to take whomever that's on work at the hospitals labor and delivery ward that day. I think I was through at least 6 pair of midwives and nurses when having my youngest. 
I know the American system is different, so if you really don't like her switch.
