I don't know how many days past ovulation I am because I had miscarriage in this month on 15th Jan I was 4 weeks pregnant. I bled for a week and bleeding stopped after a week on 21st January. I got ovulation fertile mucus on 26th January. Which i assume is the day I ovulated.

Now after a week of the assumed day, I today had brown spotting.

Along with this my back is hurting a lot in lower left side. Cramping on and off is continuing. Idk what's the reason. Please advice.

Can ovulation occur this soon and if not then why is this spotting happening?
